Flavour Precursor is made by encapsulation technology with controlled releasing of flavour and taste during thermal food processing which is functionally effective at temperature range from 120-260°C. Flavour Precursor is suitable for wide range food applications such as instant noodles, bakery, snacks, processed meat, and so on.
