Flavour Precursor is made by encapsulation technology with controlled releasing of flavour and taste during thermal food processing which is functionally effective at temperature range from 120-260°C.
Flavour Precursor is suitable for wide range food applications such as instant noodles, bakery, snacks, processed meat, and so on.
Product advantages:
- enhance authentic food flavours of middle note/specific note
- well perform during high-heat process (120ºC up to 260ºC)
- suitable for many food processes ie. baking, canning, grilling, frying, roasting, etc.
- help to balance-mask undesirable taste, such as bitterness, etc
- cost reduction of fresh ingredients e.g. butter, milk, coconut, etc
- provide consistent quality byreplacing natural ingredients e.g. garlic, onion, etc
- small effective dosage @ 0.1-0.5%
