King Rice Bran Oil is produced from finely selected non-GMO bran and germ of brown rice, the most nutritious part of rice. Apart from Oryzanol, a powerful natural antioxidant that only found in rice bran oil, not other cooking oils, it also
contains Phytosterols, form of plants sterols. They are effective in reducing
cholesterol absorption and the bad cholesterol (LDL). King Rice Bran Oil is
excellent for all types of cooking from shallow-frying to deep-frying,
stir-frying as well as good for sautéing and baking.
Rice Bran Oil Shortening is produced from 100% refined rice bran oil. The process allows the shortening to be natural as neither hydrogenation nor chemical
inter-esterification process is used. It can substitute butter and ordinary
shortening in various applications such as cake, cookie, bread, puff pastry,
pie, butter cream and filling in order to provide light, soft and fluffy
texture without oily mouthfeel. It
contains similar nutrients such as Oryzanol, Phytosterols and Vitamin E to King
Rice Bran Oil.
Rice Bran Flour is produced from 100% premium, non-GMO and food-grade de-oiled rice bran and rice germ of brown rice via physical process. It is low in fat,
light brown in colour with natural pleasant aroma and mild sweet taste of
toasted rice bran. King Rice Bran Flour can proportionally replace wheat flour
or other flour in wide range of food applications such as snack, bakery,
cookies, breakfast cereal, meat replacer, batter mix, noodles, pizza base and
healthy drink.
Rice Bran Oil Non-Dairy Creamer is produced from King Rice Bran Oil, through physical process of winterization to achieve rice stearin to be used as the main ingredient in King Rice Bran Oil Non-Dairy Creamer. It uses pure rice stearin as a key ingredient. It contains natural antioxidants and micronutrients such as Oryzanol and Phytosterols which can lower the level of the bad cholesterol (LDL-C) in the blood.
