Using our proprietary system InVEST for large-scale transient gene expression in HEK cells, we deliver milligram to gram amounts of high-quality recombinant proteins in only a few weeks.
Feasibility Study and Extended Feasibility Study:
We conduct a small-scale pilot production in HEK cells to assess the feasibility to express and purify your protein of interest.
Service package includes:
-cDNA synthesis (incl. codon optimization), cloning into InVivo`s proprietary expression vector and endotoxin-free plasmid preparation
-Small-scale transient transfection of HEK cells
-Cultivation of 150 ml culture (Feasibility Study) or 1L culture (Extended Feasibility Study)
-One-step purification
-UV280 nm, CGE or SDS-PAGE
