- The six subunits of a glycated BsAb were measured in a single ultrahigh-resolution MALDI FT-ICR mass spectrum, without the need of any separation
- Ultrahigh-resolution MALDI-in-source decay mass spectra were obtained from the simultaneous measurements of all (glycated) subunits
- MALDI-ISD analysis allowed us to localize hot-spot glycation sites that were not identified using a standard bottom-up strategy
