The DIGITRAN DuoVolt double heat press is perfect for print shops without compressed air. Thanks to its fully electric operation, all you need to do is plug it into a 230V socket and production can begin. The two work surfaces allow the second textile to be placed while the first is still being pressed. Fully automatic mode: In fully automatic mode, the press performs all movements itself. From closing and opening the press itself to moving between the two platens. In addition, 3 pressing times can be set individually for pre-pressing, main pressing and post-pressing. This allows the operator to concentrate fully on the textile and the transfers. Lasers above the pallets make it easier to apply the textiles and position the transfers. The substructure also leaves room for T-shirts, polo shirts or other textiles to be threaded as far as possible. Various interchangeable platens make it possible to print bags, neck labels, sleeves, caps and many other applications. With a maximum temperature of 230°C, this double transfer press can be used for DTF, screen printing, vinyl and toner transfers.
