Bemisa focuses on the development of mineral opportunities in Brazil, supported by years of industry experience held by its current staff of more than 2,100 employees. The Group owns 22 projects in several different commodities, including three iron ore operations with a production capacity expected to reach 6.0 Mtpy of premium iron ore in 2026.
Bemisa is also developing the Planalto Piauí Project, a world-class magnetite iron ore project with 1.6 billion tons that will produce Pellet Feed at 70.4% Fe, which has an excellent fit to produce DR pellets, suitable for the main green steelmaking technologies.
