Jules

The brand was created in 1994 by the company Camaïeu under the name Camaïeu Homme1. In debt, the parent company had to sell off its assets. After divesting itself of its children's textile stores, it is also thinking of divesting its men's sector2.

The Mulliez Family Association (AFM) bought Camaïeu Homme in 1996 with an obligation to change its name2,3. After brainstorming, the name "Jules" was chosen.
