Sandro

Sandro is a family story since the brand was created by two sisters, Évelyne Chétrite and Judith Milgrom. Born in Morocco, the young women have been immersed in the world of fashion since childhood: their mother is a hairdresser, their aunt is a seamstress and their grandfather sells shirts. So it is very natural that they start making their own clothes. When they arrive in France, they find in their neighbourhood (the Marais, in Paris) new sources of creative stimulation. And in the 1980s, Évelyne and Judith started working together: their creations, under the Sandro label, were sold in various multi-brand stores.
