Industry Workshop
Information
Biospecimen sample quality is dependent on multiple parameters like sample origin, storage, preanalytical parameters and extraction methods. Quality control (QC) of the input samples is key for the success of any downstream experiment. Nucleic acid quality assessment can be standardized using automated electrophoresis systems to ensure that samples are “fit for purpose”.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Use quality metrics to objectively judge the integrity of your nucleic acid sample
- Use quality metrics for different samples types such as Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and genomic DNA (gDNA) Use quality metrics to ensure the success of your downstream experiment
