• We have chosen the right technology for measuring H2S in your start-up recycle gas-stream where large amounts of condensate can easily disturb your analyses completely during your presulfurization. For that reason we have developed a special sample conditioning system and our analyzers are calibrated at the right levels, from 0-20.000ppm. This enables you to make the quickest decisions, based upon real numbers, rather than relying on gas chromatographs or other fragile measuring techniques, often calibrated for other regimes.
• Especially for ULSD, MHC & HC-units, the continuous monitoring of the H2 partial pressure is key for ensuring the best possible sulfiding, preventing reduction of the catalyst due to H2 starvation.
• Patented SmartSkidTM injection system enabling remote online viewing of all analyzer- and pump-data from any computer or smartphone via a secure web application. Real-time….all the time! This results in the shortest possible presulfurization of your catalyst. As a result of this on-line monitoring of the all data, we hardly ever use more than the stoichiometric amount of DMDS. So less DMDS and you are in between 5-11hours quicker on-oil!
• Just recently, total sulfur analyses has been added to the analyzer portfolio, allowing monitoring the early formation of mercaptans. This reduces the DMDS/TBPS consumption even more while preventing undesired mercaptans ending up in other parts of the refinery. Another RxR safety and process-control feature.
