Suntrace covers the whole project life cyle: With integrated technical and financial services from solar resource assessment including measurement equipment, project development and site qualification, technical concepts,  owners engineering, tender process support as well as financial advisory, to market assessment and regulatory analysis.  

Suntrace’s service range covers photovoltaic power (PV), floating photovoltaic power (FPV), concentrating solar thermal power (CSP), wind and storage concepts - especially in large scale hybrid projects like B2Gold's Fekola Mine in Mali.

Suntrace has a strong track record for renewable energy projects world wide. Since foundation in 2009, we have delivered holistic solutions for around 150 Projects in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa and Latin America. In total, Suntrace contributed to renewable power projects with over 10.000 MW capacity in over 45 different countries with a strong emphasis on the African continent. 

Our clients are Multilateral Development Finance Institutes such as the World Bank, KFW, GIZ or the Asian Development Bank, private sector clients like financial and strategic investors as well as mining companies and renewable energy developers in international markets.
