Quick Help FAQs

1.  All timings on the platform are in your local time (the software adjusts to where you are)

2. Recordings/playback of all sessions will be available within 24 hours

3. Trouble viewing videos?

● Ensure that you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as an internet browser

● Make sure to have a strong internet connection

● If you are using Google Chrome, please clear your cache and cookies

 - close and reopen the browser afterward

● Turn off any pop-up blockers and/or VPN’s

● Switch to an incognito Google Chrome tab

● If the issue persists, switch devices

-  If you are using a company device, there are many blocks added by the employer

■ If you are at your office, the work wifi may have blocked the video website

-  if you are using a personal device, switch to a different one

● If the session video has an error message, this is an issue with the video itself
