DRA Global was commissioned by Zimplants to complete both Phases 1 & 2. Phase 1 involved the construction of a concentrator plant with all its associated infrastructure, 3 declines and associated infrastructure, housing project. Phase 2 involved the construction of a 4th mining portal, ore storage facilities, 6km overland conveyor, 2 Mtpa concentrator plant, new tailings storage facility and all plant related general infrastructure.
Services provided
DRA Global undertook the EPCM for the project which involved project management, detailed engineering design, procurement, construction, management, technical documentation and final project design report.
