Digika Co., Ltd."SoroTouch" is an app that teaches the abacus-based method for mental calculation. The abacus-based method of mental calculation can be acquired within two years if the student aged 5-8 does SoroTouch every day. By solving the four arithmetic operations using both reading and listening problems, mental calculation skills will develop that will help their daily lives. SoroTouch has both analog and digital features and it is being updated constantly. In 2017, SoroTouch won the Grand prize award in Japan e-Learning Award. Additionally, in 2018, it received the Kids Design Award, and in 2019 SoroTouch became the first-ever Japanese organization to be a finalist at the SXSW EDU Launch Competition.
