The Beauty Science and Technology Innovation Center mainly provides R&D and production factories for cosmetic companies, which is a key supporting project serving the entrepreneurial innovation and industrial clustering of the BEAUTEVILLE. The total construction area of the project is 98,100 square meters, which can provide 2,300 square meters of office space, 5,400 square meters of R&D space and 81,000 square meters of production space. The center is also equiped with talent apartments, leisure catering and other public service facilities in the park to meet the needs of production and life.
CHINA BEAUTEVILLEChina Beautéville is one of the three major cosmetic cluster centers in China, it was founded by Mr. Hou Juncheng, Chairman of Proya Cosmetics, "the top 1 stock of the Chinese beauty and cosmetics ". Beautéville is located in Huzhou, which is the first prefecture-level ecological civilization pilot zone and national ecological city. Also, Huzhou is the common hinterland of the three major cities of Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing, that makes the city a well-developed transportation network and those core cities has created the country's largest cosmetics consumer market which provided a broader development space for China Beautéville. The planned area of the first phase is 10 square kilometers, and 3.82 square kilometers has already been completed with 106 companies settled and a total investment of nearly 25 billion. Beautéville mainly introduces high-end cosmetics terminals and supporting industries at home and abroad to create a completed industrial chain dominated by cosmetics production, representing the highest level of China's cosmetics industry and becoming a name card of China's cosmetics industry.
