Stoneco-Tech is a breakthrough of packaging material. It’s composed 70%+ of CACO3 (calcium carbonate), which can be commonly found in stones and rocks. The rest proposition in our material conpound is resin, (less than 30% only). Currently the resin we use are polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), both are recyclable while stable to chemicals. That is to say, Stoneco Tech reduces 70% of plastic in production.
Stoneco Tech results in high resistance to humidity, temperature, acid-base, and active chemicals.
Our test report also shows that biodegradable result is observed. Till 26th, June, 2020, the latest report shows that Stoneco Tech has been degraded to 85.3% (485days). It is prediscted to be 100% fully degraded at approxmately 600 days.
In terms of product application, Stoneco-Tech can be widely applied in the packaging fields, applied in common plastic molding technologies: injection, blow, extrusion, filming, vacuum forming, etc.
- Primary packaging: jar, cap, or bottle.
- Secondary packaging: water-resistance carton, sealing tape, soft pouch
- Disposable packaging: Tableware, cups, or spatulas.
Ready to market products are available, we also welcome more idea for development! Thanks to its wide applicability, we hope to realize a fully eco-sustaniable from the primary to secondary and accessaries, and hope to be used by manugacturers, brand owners and even retails and logistic systems.
