High fiel NMR spectroscopy are used to control the chemical stability of active ingredients, excipients and preservatives in a formula. The molecules can be quantitate and follow up during the conservation in accelerated aging conditions or in normal conditions. This study could be performed after extraction of the molecules or directly on the product as is using HR-MAS NMR.
