BIO-HC is a CRO specialized in the in vitro assessment of tolerance and efficiency of finished products and raw materials. Regarding the current regulation N°1223/2009, BIO-HC laboratory (BPL/CIR/CII certifications) provides its expertise in evaluating cosmetic products in order to demonstrate their performances while ensuring the consumer safety.
