Sook is on a mission to revolutionise the high street by offering flexible, sustainable, digitally-enabled 'pop-up' space to any brand, business or community who needs it - when they need it - bookable by the hour. Launched by entrepreneur and former army captain John Hoyle in 2019, Sook now has seven spaces in the UK: four in London, and others in Cambridge, Gateshead and Edinburgh, with more due to open both in Britain and internationally over the next 12 months.
