Bazaarvoice is seeking an individual contributor and brand advocate, creator, and storyteller to expand Bazaarvoice’s thought leadership and share of voice through social media presence globally. With informed knowledge and passion, you will create, orchestrate, curate, and syndicate content across all social media channels with a consistent, on-brand tone of voice and strategic point of view. Topics of interest span from latest marketing and commerce trends, client success stories, products and solutions, and our employee value propositions, our core values and culture. You will be required to have an excellent understanding of audience behaviors across the key social channels, and be able to make recommendations on how to grow, engage and delight our social audience. You will need to bring innovative ideas and thinking to the role to help grow Bazaarvoice’s thought leadership, brand presence and voice in the market. This role is part of the Communications team and reports to the Head of External Relations, Communications & Brand. The best candidate for this role will be strategically focused and able to create and implement a successful global strategy. This role requires working with stakeholders from all across the globe and across a variety of teams, therefore you will need to be able to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must be a creative, committed and diligent communicator who will relish the task of working in a fast-paced team and business.
