YOU ARE We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who can perform manual, database, and API testing conforming to the format and methodology utilized by QA Team. A Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with the following expertise A minimum of 4 years in functional/manual software testing 4+ years using test management and test tracking tools like Jira, Microsoft TFS, or Azure DevOps/Test Plans At least 3 years working with SQL querying/scripting API testing using Postman and SoapUI (3+ years) The know-how of Agile/Scrum/ Kanban software development process (as an advantage) Proactive communication style, ability to question, clarify, and document Effective cooperation within small teams and cross-company Skilled management/prioritizing multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines YOU WANT TO WORK WITH Composing, and executing manual test cases as well as database persistence and API testing Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system requirements and malfunctions to meet quality standards Reviewing requirements, and specifications composed by Product Owners and using this information as a base for composing test cases in Azure-DevOps Microsoft Test Plans (test management system) Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases utilizing a specific format followed by the QA team as a base for data-driven test cases Following test-case execution methodology as part of the QA team, collectively completing an array of test suites related to modular and integration testing of an entire web application Identifying, recording, and documenting bugs thoroughly using the bug-tracking application in Azure DevOps Linking with internal teams (Developers and Product Managers) to identify system requirements and any additional information needed to compose comprehensive test cases and test case execution Running exploratory testing to identify new bugs and breakages in software application modules Database testing using SQL queries to validate front-end with back-end data persistence API Testing using HTTP methods and input parameters to validate output JSON data and a concerted database validation of output TOGETHER WE WILL Enjoy such benefits Paid vacation days, 100% covered by the company.
