YOU ARE A holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and the following expertise 4+ years in Software Quality Assurance 3+ years writing complex SQL queries with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including requirements analysis and basic application architecture knowledge Testing different web applications and web service methodologies REST, Web services, XML, JSON Defect tracking/management software and the ability to formulate metrics Comprehensive knowledge of Jira, XRAY, Confluence, SharePoint Working in a fast-paced dynamic team-oriented environment with minimal supervision Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills YOU WANT TO WORK WITH Your duties will enable you to Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase of the project to ensure replicability and compliance with standards Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of the development lifecycle using a combination of testing methods (functional testing, regression/integration testing, performance testing) Participate in project plans and provide regular updates on milestones Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Take initiative and drive the implementation of a QA materials repository (repo of test cases, test steps) Collaborate with the product team to organize and facilitate QA sessions, UAT, and production smoke-tests Cooperate with the automation team to define strategy and process, bringing automation in line with functional/non-functional aspects of the test effort Interact with software developers to ensure features/products achieve desired level of quality Participate in Scrum meetings and ensure that proper documentation is created for test automation Develop technical visions, specifications, proposals, and other technical documentation Research project areas that can be improved and suggest improvements Cooperate with clients, identify their needs, and manage client requirements and expectations TOGETHER WE WILL Implement best practices and methods for product testing Enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to best practice standards Get a deal of learning and development opportunities along with our structured career path Process dynamic projects at a stable place of work Take part in internal and external events where you can build and promote your personal brand
