Evaluating a variety of design methodologies (Design Thinking, Service Blueprint, Design Sprint, etc.) and choosing the most optimal solution to achieve the best results effectively
Participating in the process of design strategy elaboration using different methods (Design Thinking, Service Blueprint, Design Sprint, etc.)
Producing high-quality visual designs — from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions
Designers, developers, product managers, and marketers design applications
Creating and maintaining design assets for existing applications
Maintaining visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the client's brand across each individual device and application
Designing compatible images, sources, or guidelines for a development team
Preparing and conducting different methods of UX testing
Creative and non-creative types; communicate your vision and understand limitations
Identifying business, and user problems, and providing iterative designs based on user workflow, expectations, experience, and business needs
Presenting and communicating UX/UI solutions while clearly articulating design rationale

YOU ARE
Proficient in user experience, and interaction design, having at least 5 years in the industry
Possessing a portfolio of design capabilities
Used to working in Agile environments and methods
Having a solid knowledge of or ability to learn software tools (Figma, Sketch, Creative Suite, Miro)
Knowledgeable of digital trends and digital experiences, modern UI design approaches for Desktop, Web, Mobile, and emerging platforms
Passionate about problem-solving
Strong in communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ready for 2 week+ business trips in case of need
Having your English level at Upper-Intermediate or higher for daily communication with customers
