SENIOR SDET/TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER (JAVA)

So we are searching for an experienced and talented ATQC on Java who would be passionate to join our team. YOU ARE A holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and the following expertise 5+ years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) 5+ years of developing automation frameworks in Java, C#/C++, Python, and SQL 3+ years working with JMeter/Postman-related tools for performance and API testing 3+ years writing complex SQL queries with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc. Building frameworks like BDD, Hybrid frameworks using Cucumber/Selenium Effective articulation of technical challenges and solutions Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills YOU WANT TO WORK WITH Your duties will enable you to Create detailed, step-by-step documentation of test procedures for each phase of the project to ensure replicability and compliance with Standards Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of the development life cycle using a combination of testing methods (functional testing, regression/integration testing, performance testing) Participate actively in understanding project plans and providing regular updates on milestones Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Identify and implement improvements to test automation framework and CI/CD pipelines Take initiative and drive the implementation of a QA materials repository (repo of test cases, test steps) Collaborate with the product team to organize and facilitate QA sessions, UAT, and production smoke-tests Participate in scrum meetings and ensure that proper documentation is created for test automation TOGETHER WE WILL Enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring all technology practices adhere to best practice standards Work closely with software developers to ensure features/products achieve desired level of quality
