TRAD Group is formed of two companies: TRAD UK and TRAD Scaffolding. TRAD UK is the new company created by the merging of TRAD Hire & Sales and TRAD Safety Systems earlier in 2020. TRAD Group has been part of the ALTRAD Group since 2013, and has grown to become one of the largest scaffolding groups in the UK. The board, led by CEO Des Moore, is dedicated to maintaining and improving customer service and spearheading positive internal development, including encouraging and driving placements, NVQs, and Apprenticeships. TRAD Group provides clients with the highest quality products and an excellent service. We employ some of the best people in the industry and are constantly looking for ways to develop our extensive product ranges, offer the best service to customers, keep on-site workers safe and develop our people. Diversity and Inclusion Excellence This award is to recognise industry-leading performance by a contractor in the calendar year 2019, where a contractor is making specific efforts to develop a diverse and inclusive culture that permeates the workforce. Finalists will have demonstrated the business’s attempts to foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees, and described how this is helping to attract and retain talent.
