The Morning Machine is the new standard in home coffee appreciation. Imagine if two specialty coffee nerds came together and crammed their decades of coffee knowledge into a capsule machine that would do justice to the growing variety of specialty coffee capsules by independent roasters. Borrowing precision brewing features from professional coffee tools and equipment and IoT-enabled to draw recipes from the roasters themselves, the Morning Machine delivers the perfect cup at the touch of a dial. A calculated coincidence of quality and convenience with the ambition to make better coffee more accessible to a wider community.
MORNINGMorning was founded by independent coffee roasters, Leon Foo and Andre Chanco, with a vision to make delicious coffees more accessible. From their decades of experience in the industry, they’ve witnessed a rise of independent roasters lending credibility to the capsule format - putting better coffees into capsules and improving the sustainability of the production processes. The Morning Machine was built to support this community. Using precision features borrowed from professional coffee equipment and IoT-enabled to draw recipes from the roasters themselves, to deliver the perfect cup of coffee true to the roaster’s intentions. The Machine is also more accommodating to new sustainable capsule formats like compostable capsules, with pressure and brew profiles that can be adjusted according to the capsule materiality. The Morning Machine is complemented by the Morning Marketplace (www.drinkmorning.com), a curation of recyclable and compostable capsules from the world's best roasters like Colonna Coffee (UK), April Coffee (DK), St Ali (AU) and The Coffee Academics (HK) to name a few.
