New twisting machine model Ratti R641, for the twisting process of industrial yarns, up to 12000 Dtex. - machine equipped with 6 spindles per section, up to 60 spindles/10 sections. Possibility to choose between different spindles models: NT 260, NT280, NT 280 with pot of 330 mm and is available with spindles gauge of 610 mm.
- Machine equipped with new spindles driving system, by individual belt per each spindle, linked to the centralized motors (one motor for each machine side).
- The traverse gear box is mechanical/ centralized type
- Machine equipped with automatic/pneumatic spindle stop and disengagement device in case of yarn breakages, or at the end of the doffing.
- Overfeeders zone fully protected by swinging sheet metal protections
- Take-up and overfeeder shafts driven by synchronised motors.
- Inverterised spindles driving motors
- Electronic setting of the twist number and of the overfeeders speed
Touch screen control panel in the machine headstock for the setting and monitoring of spindles speed, twist per meter, overfeeder speed, yarn meter counter, “S” and “Z” twist
- Availability of a central belt conveyor for take-up bobbins unloading.
Optional:
- Pneumatic yarn threading system into the spindles.
- separate driving controls: possibility to have separate driving controls (two take-up motors, two overfeeder motors, two traverse gear boxes), this for working with two different processing recipes at the same time (one per each machine side)
Available also the machine version R641 CU1-CU2, for the processing of high counts of yarns for sewing threads.
