Our PPE Products We produce fabrics that are being used by the front-line health care workers for face masks, scrubs, gowns (Level 1 and 2), patient, and surgical. Wovens Woven fabrics in a variety of widths, ranging from 41″ to 135″ and weights from 2 oz per square yard to 6.5 oz per square yard. Fabrics are offered in a range poly/cotton blends including 50/50 and 65/35 P/C, as well as 100% cotton. Constructions are mainly plain weave with some twills and special weave patterns if required. Various types of filling yarns can be easily run with the company’s modern weaving machines.
COTTON USAThe COTTON USA Sourcing Program has been a successful partnership between Cotton Council International (CCI) and a group of U.S. cotton textile manufacturers to develop, grow, and maintain export markets for U.S. manufactured cotton products. Since 2000, the COTTON USA Sourcing Program has worked throughout the U.S. – Western Hemisphere textile and apparel supply chain to introduce participating U.S. mills to potential customers throughout Latin America as well as to develop and strengthen relationships between U.S. mills, retailers, brands, uniform companies and regional apparel manufacturers. The Program has also expanded to explore sales opportunities in other regions of the world. Using local representatives throughout Latin America as well as CCI representatives in Asia and North Africa, CCI has successfully organized a wide variety of activities to promote the export of U.S. manufactured cotton yarns and fabrics.
