Dishman Carbogen Amcis Group is a global, multi-site, multi-location organisation, offering our customers a comprehensive range of chemical development, scale-up, and manufacturing solutions from one single supplier. This extends from rapid Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients supply for preclinical and clinical use to large-scale commercial manufacture of intermediates and APIs. We are specialised in helping customers to bring highly potent drugs into the market. In our facilities we can handle category 4 (OEL of 0.05 µg/m3) from routine commercial manufacture of APIs under cGMP, with upstream integration to intermediates and key raw materials to enable life cycle management. Dishman Carbogen Amcis highly potent API services are located in a state-of-the-art facility near Ahmedabad (India), built on the expertise of our Swiss subsidiary CARBOGEN AMCIS AG who have been present in this field since 2003. The 4,300 m2 facility contains a number of independent manufacturing chemical compartments with a maximum vessel size of 1,600 ltr. Each compartment is dedicated to one product at any time to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination and further allowing segregation according to therapeutic class or customer requirements.
