Onboarding staff quickly at a time of workforce shortages: Training principles that ensure safe patient care and how those principles drive the new WellSky Learning Center

This session looks at best practices to bring your team up to speed quickly on the technologies essential to your work. You will also see a demonstration of these principles in practice with the new WellSky Learning Center, which enables at-your-own-pace learning, competency testing, and the ability to access visual training as you use the application.
