- Power cycling (Reboot) of router, switch and server and soft-booting a server.
- Server refresh.
- Shipping and Receiving: Logistic support to pack, transport, receive and check-in/ check-out equipment.
- Vendor management.
- Storage of equipment.
- Rack and Stack: Assistance in racking and stacking equipment.
- Return Merchandise Assistance (RMA), inventory tracking and labelling of equipment.
- Adding, removing and verifying a demarcation.
- Moving equipment within Customer’s space and cabinets.
- Moving or securing cables.
- Customer-Requested Audits: Typical audit requests include cross-connect audits, tracing cross-connects, port audits, power audits and equipment location verification.
- Rack, cabinet and cage management.
- Physical network connectivity troubleshooting: Providing visual verifications to assist in remote troubleshooting.
