Towngas Telecommunications Company Limited (TGT), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, is one of the Hong Kong’s premier fixed telecommunications network operators. As a carrier-neutral telecommunications service provider with the Unified Carrier Licence in Hong Kong, TGT is known as the provider of high-end telecommunication infrastructure and quality network solutions.
With TGT’s core telecom infrastructure, we offer unrivalled connectivity, world-class data centres and diversified ICT services. TGT has expanded business to Mainland in 2007 and has established 18 joint ventures in Hong Kong and Mainland in total now, our footprints reached many regions in Asia-Pacific includes Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and etc.
TGT currently establishes 6 large scale networked data centres in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which accommodate up to 17,600 server racks. TGT data centres are in accordance with the TIA-942 Rated 3+ international standard and obtained international standards, such as CSA Star, ISO14001, ISO20000, ISO27001 and LEED Gold Certification. TGT also evolves diversified and advanced fiber-optic network and maximizing usage of its networked data centres and cloud platform.
