Nuspan manufacture, design, supply and install Insulated Precast Concrete Units (IPCU), the offsite alternative to block and beam for suspended ground floors. We offer a structural system with enhanced consolidation; underlined with insulation, 100% fabricated in the factory environment and assembled on site.
Our MMC floor units achieve up to .11 U value on average Pas and are precast not pre-stressed so do not have a camber, in standard applications a screed is not required (just a levelling compound between 1st and 2nd fix)
The Nuspan IPCU floor reduces unnecessary construction waste, uses less labour and can be installed at a rate of 400m2 per day and may assist in satisfying planning requirements for MMC which in turn will provide you with added PMV (Pre-Manufactured Value) while assisting your corporate responsibility targets and choosing sustainable options.
