Information
The Lims collection features the authentic appeal
of the most famous and sought-after Limestones,
very diverse in their composition and origin.
French Hauteville, Portuguese Moleanos, German Jura,
Italian stone from Vicenza and Slovenian Lipika
merge into surfaces with unique, unrepeatable graphics
that convey the memory of times and places where
the original stone was formed and sedimented.
The graphic contrasts create a texture rich in accurate,
realistic details. On the surfaces you can see fossils
and shells, areas with parallel layers that testify
to the progressive deposition of sediment over
the centuries, others characterized by rocky aggregates
or drawn only by the fine grain of the stone.
A collection with a strong earthy personality yet
at the same time simple and welcoming.
The rich, textured effect of Lims surfaces is softened
by the warm, natural and refined shades of the color palette.
A collection perfectly in line with current interior
design trends, ideal for the decoration of welcoming
yet elegant and modern environments
The collection has three alternative surfaces
in the size 37,5x75 cm
- Natural, with a slight three-dimensional microstructure
effect that recalls the typical composition of Limestone.
- Bush-hammered, with a corrugated structure typical
of machined natural stone, covered with shadows
and patterns, for wall and floor use.
- Line: a striped texture and a three-dimensional
microstructure with a matte finish, ideal for use
on decorative walls.
The 37,5x75 cm format is also
available with a tumbled edge finish which gives
the stone its characteristic antique look
The wide range of formats, including the large
120x278 cm size and an extensive
array of decorations, makes the collection particularly
versatile, able to respond to different design needs.
By reducing the presence of joints, the large format
creates a perception of visual continuity
and esthetic harmony.
