Transparency in the workplace The modern office Fortas is located in the middle of the important business location Šiauliai in northern Lithuania. Toota architects were responsible for the interior design concept. The main goal was to create a representative and comfortable place for employees and company visitors. The arrangement of the rooms has a clear structure and functional connections. Glass panes form the main stylistic element in the entire ensemble and optically enlarge the space. Earth tones characterize the color palette: from brown lacquered metal to walnut brown, burnt cork to expressive carpets. Gray, white and black tones set accents. In order to consolidate the timeless character of the office, linear lights and furniture made from natural materials and with clear, geometric shapes were used. The design of the lighting control is aesthetic and at the same time comfortable: the Fortas office is equipped with the classic LS 990 switch in black and white.
