Andrew Kotchen and the team at Workshop/APD are the brains behind the new residential property located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Spanning across six floors, this glass-and-steel town house is truly “an exemplar of the contemporary urban home”. The interiors of the property have been cleverly furnished by April Bovet Interior Design, who were brought in to “infuse the home with a sophisticated palette that complements rather than competes with the architecture”. Original BTC's Hatton 1 Pendant was chosen for the master bedroom; hung beautifully against a neutral backdrop. This is “calming simplicity” at its finest.
