A touch of luxury
Live where others come on vacation In the market town of Kamperland, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. In this coastal town, residents and vacationers alike stroll on the beach, play in the waves and enjoy the warm evenings with friends. A family owner has chosen to make this idyllic place their new home. They built a spectacular 715 m² residential house there, designed by the Amsterdam architectural firm Paul de Ruiter.
From the start it was clear that the extraordinary landscape had to remain as unspoiled as possible. For the design of their house, the owners were inspired by the typical characteristics of the region. By observing the province, whose many islands and peninsulas are separated by canals and linked by dikes and bridges, one understands the architecture of this villa. We can see the famous Oosterscheldekering dam on the horizon.
