We at Penta Light design and produce high-quality lamps with a contemporary design 100% made in Italy. In the course of our history we have interpreted the ideas of sought-after and never predictable designers, transforming their vision into objects in which formal beauty meets functional utility.
In everything, we do we are inspired by the art of master craftsmen, who put their heart, skill and knowledge into the service of their skilled hands. While remaining faithful to our origins, we experiment with new solutions and thanks to the development and use of cutting-edge technology we are able to enrich our tradition with new expressive and aesthetic codes.
We collaborate with established designers and architects but the search for new design horizons is constant, betting on emerging young designers. Our main designers: Carlo Colombo, Valerio Sommella & Anonima Luci, Marco Piva, Nicola Gallizia and many others.
CASTALDI | Techinical Indoor & Outdoor
In 1938 Engineer Enrico Castaldi founds the company under his own name and over the 80 years he will be able to express himself in the world of Italian design like no other. Castaldi has been an innovator since the 1970s it launched its first architectural lighting products onto the market, becoming the pioneer of a new outdoor lighting concept. For some time now, Castaldi has been one of the major players in the upper echelons of the international market, capable of offering the widest range of lighting products, characterized by high performance, refined design and technological innovation.
Since 2020, Castaldi is part of Penta Group.
Castaldi cooperates with all the major international Architecture and Design firms and then its products are installed throughout the world in premier locations: in Abu Dhabi at the Ferrari World Park, in the Sky Tower Shams and at the Cleveland Clinics, in New York at Vessel, at Westminster University in London, in Zaha Hadid's City Life residences in Milan and in many other contemporary architectural sites.
The ceaseless attention to Design is an unfailing strength of Castaldi Lighting products; Top Designers like Piero Castiglioni, Claudio Bellini, Alfonso Femia, Gianluca Peluffo, Habits worked with the Company for many years.
ARREDOLUCE | An history going on
Founded in Monza in 1943 and closed after the death of Angelo Lelii, a brilliant entrepreneur and designer, Arredoluce is a piece of Italian design history. Among the collaborators stand the names of Gio Ponti, Ettore Sottsass, Nanda Vigo, Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and Vico Magistretti, in addition to Angelo Lelii, man of great intuitions and author of some projects that have become iconic of the brand as well as of Italian design.
Today, after forty years, Arredoluce is born again and it's now part of Penta Group.
