Open faced sandwiches as people call our very traditional Nordic tradition of serving cuts of meat, pickled heering, smoked salmon, shrimps and what have you on tradition rye bread and often accompanied with beer and aquavit (snaps is our term), has seen a modern and very tasty rendering in another Torshavn restaurant that we have been fortunate enough to supply furniture into.
Here you will see our Pandora chairs with some bespoke tables that we made in an light green linoleum with oak edges.
The whole place is extremely welcoming and we can vouch for the food there. And the beer. We didn't have the snaps as we were still sort of on the job. Next time we may...
