The headquarters of Lend Lease, an Australian multinational operating in the infrastructure sector, occupies level 14 of Tower Three of the International Towers Sydney, the prestigious skyscraper complex designed by Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners, which stands out on the urban skyline for the strong technological connotation of its constructions.
Conceived according to the most up-to-date sustainability criteria, the building experiments with technical solutions aimed at improving the structure's living conditions and people's wellbeing. The design guidelines pursued and confirmed are also in the design of the interiors and furnishings of the company's offices. The meeting tables of various shapes and sizes and the open-space workstations, with fixed or height-adjustable tops, are characterised by an exclusive structural solution: supported by a single (two for the larger elements) wired central column firmly anchored to the base fixed under the raised floor, these essential design components combine comfort and great formal lightness.
