SciWalker Studio is an easy to use and locally installable version of OntoChem's powerful annotation pipeline OC|processor. It is bundled together with OntoChem's FrameEditor, a GUI for for rule-based knowledge extraction making it an ideal toolkit for data scientists. It allows the quick and secure annotation of documents as well as subsequent knowledge extraction using OntoChem's ontology cartridges or user-supplied dictionaries. All offline on a client's computer. It comes as a Windows installer and uses Docker. Normal desktop hardware suffices (SSD recommended).
