About TaikoCat...
In 2012, at the corner of Taylor and 7th Streets in San Jose’s Japantown, Yurika painted a utility box and TaikoCat was born. TaikoCat is a maneki neko and she welcomes everyone by playing her taiko.
TaikoDog and TaikoBunny also emerged a few years later and their circle of taiko friends continues to grow...
