Wearing your hats well: the key traits of a good dentist and business person and how to harness both in modern practice

This presentation will explore the myth that ‘you can either be a good clinican OR a good business person but never both!’ And hopefully show that being good at both is what is required in modern dental practice.    

The aim of this session is to discuss how being a good clinican and a good business owner are one at the same and how best to ‘wear your hats well’.

2. Discuss the key personality traits of a good business person    
3. Apprectiate the similarities of both
