CAPUA 1880 is an Italian citrus essential oil producer since 1880.
Located in the south of Italy, the Company is a family business today managed by the IV and V generation of the Capua family: Gianfranco and his sons Rocco and Giandomenico.
CAPUA 1880 currently operates on two high-tech production plants, in which about 100 employees work.
It has a worldwide sales network, that enables the Company to guarantee deliveries in more than 54 Countries of the world, with a Customer Care service highly appreciated by customers, especially multinational companies, known to be very demanding and rigorous in quality control and pre/post sales assistance.
The consolidated growing trend of the Company has brought an increase in production capacity, already started, mainly with the acquisition of a third plant to be 24,000 sq m of surface, which is now being renovated according to an ambitious architectural redevelopment and industrial conversion project, with major investments, in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.
Capua 1880 is also fully integrated in the production chain and, back in 2018, the project "CAPUA - FATTORIA DEGLI AGRUMI" was launched, with the acquisition of an agricultural fund of 32 Hectares, conducted according to the most advanced techniques for an Organic and Sustainable Agriculture.
“Sustainability” is a theme that has been strongly endorsed by the multinationals in the world of the agri-food industry and of course by Capua, who integrate in its communication the origin of the raw material and the biological and sustainable peculiarities of the same.
The latest news is the recent kick off of the 2 new Capua overseas affiliates:
Capua 1880 USA Inc., the American affiliate, based in New Jersey (USA) and
Capua 1880 Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., the Asian affiliate, based in Singapore.
Both affiliated Companies will serve their reference markets with local Capua managers, providing customers with a direct and continuous sales assistance and punctual deliveries, supported by local warehouse.
