After covering the basics of diabetes mellitus (DM), this course will focus on the various modalities available for monitoring dogs and cats with DM. Using case examples, it will discuss the pros and cons of each modality and provide guidance on how to start using continuous glucose monitoring technology in your practice. You'll also receive advice on avoiding monitoring mistakes as well as tips on educating owners about home monitoring and other aspects of DM management.
