Higher Ed Must Go All In on Digital

Google and BCG's joint research on successful digital transformations in Higher Education is a process that we call reaching digital maturity.  It points to three areas of technology improvement that drive large-scale institutional innovation: using cloud infrastructure; expanding access to data; and developing digital tools to improve business processes through advanced analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI).
