SEMI Semiconductor Test Group
Information
The SEMI Community focused on semiconductor Test & Reliability is called CAST. The group meets regularly to discuss new developments in the Test field and the latest in Reliability issues, including RITdb. The group identifies areas for standardization and does preliminary definition of Standards before handing over the SEMI International Standards group.
