Ileostomy & Internal Pouch Association (IA) is a national charity that has been at the forefront of providing peer to peer support to people living with an ileostomy or internal pouch and their families since its inception 69 years ago.
The organisation still operates on this ethos, working closely with stoma care nurses and medical professionals to support your patients. With an ever-growing pool of qualified Support Volunteers, IA continues to lead the way, providing SCNs with the confidence that their patients receive the experiential knowledge that will help them to adjust to life with an ileostomy or internal pouch, from a source you can trust.
