CMV PCR Kit (CE-IVD)

The Anchor CMV PCR Kit CE-IVD (Cat No. A1200) is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test, based on Real-Time PCR technology, for the quantitative or qualitative detection of CMV (Human betaherpesvirus 5) DNA, isolated from human EDTA-Plasma in combination with the Rotor-Gene Q, LightCycler 480 II, CFX96, Mic qPCR and QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR instruments. The Anchor CMV PCR Kit is not intended for use as a screening test for blood and blood products or for screening purposes in pre-maternity and organ transplant settings.
