Mike Sepe--He Made Plastic Problem Solving Understandable by Anyone

Mike Sepe was; by any measure; one of the most knowledgeable and respected professionals in the plastics industry. His expertise was helping part designers and engineers solve problems with their plastic parts; usually with a focus on the polymer behaviors. To me; his strength was in how he could explain a problem and its solution in his Report deliverable in a manner that was understandable by anyone who read the report--be they engineers; marketeers; processors; material manufacturers or executives.

This simplification helped to ensure a unified reception to his work and created a trusting relationship with his customers that made him their go-to for any future challenges involving plastic part design or manufacture. This presentation will provide several examples of these reports (courtesy of Shure Incorporated) that showcase this skill; along with some background for the related problems that Mike helped solve.
